Most other places give you a return label that is specific to your order #, so that way, the moment the carrier scans the label, the customer receive a notification that our return parcel is en route to the retailer. Um, huh? How is that free return shipping then? And what about their provided label then? I'm supposed to purchase my own tracking and insurance on top of their provided label? Sounds crazy to me. Curiously, they also recommend that the customer opt for a return shipping method that is trackable and insured. So whether or not you receive your refund is based squarely on them working off of your packing slip or their generic return form which you would fill out by hand (if your handwriting is illegible or make a mistake when writing the order #, you're out of luck entirely). The scary part is that they have you print out a very generic USPS shipping label which is not in any way tied to your order number or customer account. Their website states that it takes up to 14 days for them to receive and process a return, which is too slow as it is. Shady returns policy for online orders and IMPOSSIBLE to unsubscribe from marketing emails. ![]() They are not proactive and let you know the status of YOUR order, it takes you to contact them to find out. Large companies do not care once they have your money. I can assure you I will not be using this company going forward and can only hope my review may prevent anyone reading it to do the same. This is absolutley appalling service from such a large name in the industry. So I opened another live chat and was told the item was delayed and they would refund my money (which apparently takes 5 days). I waited until as it still hadn’t arrived. I have to give credit, the next day service was refunded and a £10 gift card was sent. I placed an order on on a next day service. These are currently carrying a 2* rating and are getting more custom than our family run business (different industries but the point stands). They use us because of our 4.9 out of 5 trustpilot. I operate an online retail business myself, and because we are not a well known name like Victorias Secret customers are sceptical to use us. ![]()
